Vanderpool House
An 846 sq. ft. remodel, a 3,100 sq. ft. first level addition and a 4,064 sq.
ft. second level addition to an existing single family residence. Addition
included a new bedroom, a new master retreat, a new luxury master bathroom and
closet, a new 902 sq. ft. game room with wet bar, a new 883 sq. ft. media room
with full service snack bar and three new 2-car garages, one with hydraulic auto
lift. Project never realized.

restoration and conversion project of the historic L.L. Sam’s Church Furniture
Manufacturing Complex (8 buildings total) into multi-family loft residential
apartments located at 2100 River Street in Waco, Texas. Project completed
in 2002.
